D Bailey Plumbing & Heating is a family-run plumbing business working across Barwell and surrounding areas. Barwell consists of terraced properties off the main roads with older systems. Newer Estates with combis coming up for their first proper service. Both bring their own problems and we have worked with plenty of each.

Plumbers in Barwell

Leaks and burst popes are the calls we get most often in Barwell. Older terraces in the village often still have original pipework and it does not cope well with a cold snap. We carry the common fittings so most repairs are finished in one visit.

We also handle:

Dripping and seizzed taps
Toilets that run or will not flush
Block or leaking waste pipes
Kitchen plumbing for new units and appliances
Outside taps
Full bathroom and en-suite installation

Heating Engineers in Barwell

A lot of Barwell properties still run on older conventional systems with a tank in the loft. These can be kept going for years with the right servicing. When they do need replacing we will tell you honestly whether a combi is the right swap or whether the property is better suited to a system boiker.

New boilers come with the manufacturer guarantee registered on your behalf. Barwell has a lot of landlords with small protfolios. If you hold several properties in the village we can group the annual certificates into on visit.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic service! He was polite, well spoken, and really knew his stuff. After heavy rain knocked my gutter loose and directed water straight into the boiler outlet, my boiler stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty PCB and had it repaired in no time. He also fixed the gutter as part of the job, all within the price quoted. Truly excellent service! I’ll definitely be saving his number.
